After the busy holiday season, take a day to reset, revive, and welcome the New Year with a renewed sense of clarity and energy. This full-day retreat is thoughtfully crafted to help you release holiday stress and create space in both body and mind, preparing you to embrace the year ahead with vitality.

We’ll begin with an invigorating Ashtanga Yoga Flow to awaken the body and clear the mind, setting the tone for your personal refresh. You’ll be guided through energising sequences, followed by pranayama to balance and restore your energy reserves.

A nutritious vegetarian or vegan lunch will nourish you, providing the fuel to keep you feeling energised throughout the day. After lunch, enjoy an invigorating coastal walk, reconnecting with nature’s rhythm and taking in the sea air.

The afternoon continues with a Backbending Workshop—perfect for lifting energy, expanding the heart, and exploring how backbends can empower you both on and off the mat.

Finally, we’ll close with Yoga Nidra, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation to replenish body and mind, helping you feel fully rested and restored.

Throughout the day, we’ll discuss how yoga practices and philosophy can support everyday well-being, bringing balance and inspiration into daily life.
