I offer a FREE first class from the adult classes on the timetable below to anyone who is new to my teaching.

What to Expect?

  • Physical postures and movement to build strength, flexibility and improve your overall fitness

  • Guided relaxations to help you find deep rest

  • Ideas from yoga philosophy applied to your yoga practice and your everyday life.

 

What to bring?

  • Your yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t I can lend you one for your first class, but it is a worthwhile investment if you come along regularly!)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in

  • A bottle of water

  • You might like a warmer layer or a blanket for your relaxation
