Welcome

It's important to find the right yoga teacher and the right class for you.  If you're looking for an experienced teacher, who loves to help people find joy through yoga you're in the right place.  The hardest part of a yoga practice is getting started, which is why I offer a FREE FIRST CLASS to help you on your way.  There's no long term commitment, nothing to lose and everything to gain.  Join me for a class and find out why no one ever regrets getting on their yoga mat.

What to bring?

  • Your yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t I can lend you one for your first class, but it is a worthwhile investment if you come along regularly!)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in

  • A bottle of water

  • You might like a warmer layer or a blanket for your relaxation
