Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility whilst encouraging an inwards focus to soothe the mind. In this system we work with a set sequence of postures, moving with the breath. Variations are offered so you can adapt the practice to suit your body.
Some of my classes are taught in a special MySore Style. MySore Style in Ashtanga Yoga is a self-paced practice where each student follows a set sequence of poses at their own rhythm, with guidance and personalised adjustments from the teacher.
Hatha Yoga
Including flowing sequences and static postures with time to pause and think about alignment. Combining movement with breathing practices, meditation and relaxation these classes are designed to nourish body and mind.
My Hatha Yoga Basic class is ideal for beginners and everyone who would like to work in a slower pace.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
A dynamic and energising practice, expect to develop strength and stamina as we move from one posture to the next using the breath as a guide. Anyone is welcome to this class, and variations are offered throughout the practice.
