Join me for an in-depth course to dive into your Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice.  This course is suitable for

  • Complete beginners to yoga, or those new to Ashtanga Yoga

  • Yoga practitioners who would like to move from led classes to a Mysore-style practice

  • Established Ashtanga practitioners who would like to dive deep into their practice

Over the course of the six sessions you will develop the tools you need to develop your own personal Ashtanga Yoga practice.  In every class you will be guided through postures and breathing practices, plus given a chance to practice what you have learnt.  Your practice will be built slowly and steadily week by week, with new postures added when you are ready, giving you a long term sustainable yoga practice designed just for you.
