Join me as the days shorten, the nights darken and we move towards winter for a day to nourish body and mind. This is the time to turn inwards, slow down and rest deeply. Expect intention setting, heart opening work, and an invitation to practice with acceptance, love and compassion.
This day will include two yoga classes, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, movement and relaxation leaving you nourished, well-rested and rejuvenated. The cost of the session also includes a tasty vegetarian or vegan lunch plus hot drinks and snacks.
We start our day with a gentle and nourishing flow to connect to our bodies and stretch out. Later in the morning, we use a combination of meditation, breathing, mantra and visualisation to slow down and turn inwards. We reflect on what has served us well, and consider what we might need to let go of.
After lunch, we will take a stroll in nature before coming back and moving into a deeply relaxing practice and finishing with total rest. Learning ways to relax is one of the most important things you can do to release physical and mental stress and feel happier and healthier.
Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of harmony and well-being.
Women of all ages are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
