Join us for a morning of movement, relaxation, and community connection. This event combines the grounding practice of Ashtanga Yoga with the joy of sharing a meal and connecting with yoga friends.
The day begins with a guided full led Primary Series, a dynamic flow that will leave you feeling energised and connected to your body. This is a practice that builds strength and flexibility, whilst encouraging us to stay steady and breathe deeply. We will take time for extra breathwork, and options for the different postures will be offered throughout so you can practice in a way that meets your needs. After the practice, I’ll guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling fully relaxed and recharged.
Once we’ve cultivated that inner peace, we’ll come together to share a potluck brunch—a time to nourish ourselves and connect with others in a friendly, community-focused space. The potluck is a chance to bring your favourite dish and share with other.
This morning is about more than just yoga; it’s about building relationships, sharing food, and enjoying the support of a community that moves, breathes, and grows together.
