Weekly Classes

  • Family Yoga | Mondays 15:45 - 16:20

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    A class for parents/carers to participate in together with their child as we stretch, get active and laugh with yoga. Open to all ages, but children from 2 upwards will find it easiest to participate in all the activities.

  • Young Yogis age 8-14 | Mondays 16:30 - 17:10

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    In these classes we use themes and games to explore yoga poses, breathing and meditation, progressing to more challenging postures and sequences.

  • Yoga Tots - Wednesdays 09:30 - 10:45

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    Family classes best suited for mobile babies and toddlers up to 5 years. These classes will use songs, imagination and stories to provide an introduction to yoga in a relaxed environment. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other parents.

  • Yoga Babies - Wednesdays 10:45-12:15

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    Parent and baby classes suitable for babies from around 8 weeks (or younger) up to confidently mobile, these classes combine postnatal and baby yoga with songs and rhymes. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other local parents.

Postnatal Yoga
(Online, On Demand)

A series of prerecorded videos to help you through your postnatal recovery. Rather than aiming to get back to pre-pregnancy exercise routines as early as possible, I invite mothers to create a new foundation for better fitness while being energised from within. Yoga can help provide a powerful system of holistic healing in the postnatal period, providing physical and emotional support. Alongside movement practices, these videos include breathing and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. 

The movement practices in these videos are suitable once your bleeding has stopped and from 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
