Are you ready to slow down? To let go of what you need to and embrace change?
Autumn is the season to release and let go. It is a time to reflect on what has brought us to this point and to think of what we need to move forwards. When we let go of what is no longer serving us, we can put our energy into what we need to thrive.
This day will include two yoga classes, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, movement and relaxation leaving you nourished, well-rested and rejuvenated. The cost of the session also includes a tasty vegan or vegetarian lunch, tea and snacks.
We start our day with a grounding, balancing Autumn flow to find stability and connect to our bodies. Later in the morning, we use a combination of meditation, breathing, mantra and visualisation around the theme of releasing what we need and embracing change.
After lunch, we will take a stroll in nature before coming back and moving into a deeply relaxing practice and finishing with total rest. Learning ways to relax is one of the most important things you can do to release physical and mental stress and feel happier and healthier.
Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of harmony and well-being.
Women of all ages are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
