Let’s celebrate the Spring. As the world around us bursts into life take a day away from it all to unfold and blossom. Give yourself the love and attention you need so you can become your best self. Expect time to reflect, nourishing yoga practices, and an invitation to practice with acceptance, love and compassion.
This day will include pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, movement and relaxation leaving you nourished, well rested and rejuvenated. The cost of the session also includes a tasty vegan lunch, tea and snacks, and a gift to take away at the end of the day.
The morning will include more dynamic practices. If the weather cooperates we will take advantage of the beautiful surroundings at Cambo, using the walled garden for guided meditation.
After lunch we will take a stroll down to the sea before coming back and moving into a deeply relaxing practice and finishing with deep rest. As we move through the restorative poses, we use blankets, blocks, cushions and other props to deeply support each posture. The more fully your body is supported, the deeper your sense of relaxation and surrender. And the more fully you surrender, the greater your ability to release physical and emotional stress.
Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of harmony and well-being. Allow yourself to flourish and bloom.
Women of all ages are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
