At the Autumn Equinox, take a day away to bring yourself back to a state of balance. Find harmony in your body and mind as we balance movement and stillness, activity and rest, effort and ease. Expect time to reflect, nourishing yoga practices, and an invitation to practice with acceptance, love and compassion.
Autumn is the season to release and let go. It is a time to reflect on what has brought us to this point and to think of what we need to move forwards. When we let go of what is no longer serving us, we can put our energy into what we need to thrive.
This day will include two yoga classes, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, movement and relaxation leaving you nourished, well-rested and rejuvenated. The cost of the session also includes a tasty vegetarian or vegan lunch plus hot drinks and snacks.
We start our day with a grounding, balancing Autumn flow to find stability and connect to our bodies. Later in the morning, we use a combination of meditation, breathing, mantra and visualisation around the theme of balance.
After lunch, we will take a stroll in nature before coming back and moving into a deeply relaxing practice and finishing with total rest. Learning ways to relax is one of the most important things you can do to release physical and mental stress and feel happier and healthier.
Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of harmony and well-being.
Women of all ages are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
