The Yoga Teacher's Circle is a chance to connect with other teachers, share ideas and inspiration, deepen your knowledge with relevant CPD, and become a part of a supportive community.

It can be very isolating working as a yoga teacher, but when we come together we can help one another thrive.  

The Yoga Teacher’s Circle includes….

  • 30 minute led practice

  • 90 minutes CPD 

  • Support & Mentorship

  • Community, tea and chat

Each gathering will focus on a particular topic for the CPD element, whilst also including time to discuss the areas you currently need support in. Join regularly to access ongoing mentorship, or pop in when something sparks your interest.  The cost for each session is £45 to cover room hire, refreshments, and the CPD element.

  • The energetics and intentions of forwards folds at different points in your sequence

  • Different assists for different bodies

  • Learn hands on assists for standing and seated forwards folds including uttanasana, prasarita padottanasana, and paschimottanasana
