Join me after the busy holiday period for a day to refresh and revitalise you, leaving you ready for whatever the new year has in store. Expect intention setting, heart opening work, and an invitation to practice with acceptance, love and compassion.
This day will include two yoga classes, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, movement and relaxation leaving you nourished, well-rested and refreshed. The cost of the session also includes a tasty vegetarian or vegan lunch plus hot drinks and snacks.
We start our day with an awakening flow to connect to our bodies and stretch out. Later in the morning, we use a combination of meditation, mindful movement, breathing, mantra, and visualisation to turn inwards and set intentions for the year ahead.
After lunch, we will take a stroll in nature before coming back and moving into a deeply relaxing practice and finishing with total rest. Learning ways to relax is one of the most important things you can do to release physical and mental stress and feel happier and healthier.
Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of harmony and well-being.
Women of all ages are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
