Ashtanga Yoga for Life
One of the things I love most about this practice is how it evolves and changes as you do. I have practiced Ashtanga yoga as a young adult, through pregnancy, with young children, and now as I approach perimenopause. And it’s not only about changing the poses, it’s about making the practice fit into your life.

What is Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga?
In a Mysore class, each person is taught individually, so everyone may be working on something different. At the same time, they’re bringing their breath and energy into the room to create something powerful together.

The Hard Part
