Weekly Classes

  • Yoga Babies

    Parent and baby yoga classes suitable for babies from around 8 weeks (or younger) up to confidently mobile, these classes combine postnatal and baby yoga with songs and rhymes. The focus is on connection through touch, movement and spending time together. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other local parents.

  • Yoga Tots

    Family yoga classes best suited for mobile babies and toddlers up to 4 years. These classes will use songs, imagination and stories to provide an introduction to yoga in a relaxed environment. The focus is on playing and having fun together. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other parents.

  • Kids Yoga & Young Yogis

    Kid’s yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a non-competitive environment. Join me for a different yoga adventure each week, based around stories, festivals, holidays, or using our imagination to travel the world. For those children who feel ready to move on from story based classes, Young Yogis classes use themes and games to explore yoga poses, breathing and meditation, progressing to more challenging postures and sequences.

Postnatal Yoga
(Online, On Demand)

A series of prerecorded videos to help you through your postnatal recovery. Rather than aiming to get back to pre-pregnancy exercise routines as early as possible, I invite mothers to create a new foundation for better fitness while being energised from within. Yoga can help provide a powerful system of holistic healing in the postnatal period, providing physical and emotional support. Alongside movement practices, these videos include breathing and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. 

The movement practices in these videos are suitable once your bleeding has stopped and from 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
