Bringing together my postnatal yoga training, 8 years of working with postnatal women, and specialist training in pelvic floor health, core restoration, and diastasis recti. Sign up for access to a wide range of recorded content, available at home at a time that suits you. The videos are designed with mums in mind, so you can choose to work through the 10, 20 or 60 minute sessions depending on how long you have.
